By capturing Blue (475nm), Green (560nm), Red (668nm), Red Edge (717nm), Near-Infrared (840nm), and full-color RGB in a single synchronized pass, the 6X provides the spectral depth required for advanced crop health analytics, nitrogen status estimation, disease onset detection, and precision variable rate application planning.
Every 6X includes a downwelling light sensor (DLS) that continuously measures ambient solar irradiance throughout the flight. This enables accurate radiometric calibration across variable lighting conditions — ensuring that vegetation indices calculated at 7am match those from high-noon flights and are comparable season over season.
